Winter Merchandise Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is NI Trucks Ltd (Company Registration Number: NI015093), whose registered office is at 56 Mallusk Road, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim, BT36 4PX ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter, IVECO, their associated group companies, family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draw are not eligible to enter.

  • No purchase is necessary. Internet access and an active social media account are required.

3. Promotional Period

  • The competition opens on Friday 23rd October at 2pm and closes on Thursday 30th November at 12 noon. 

  • Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, follow the steps outlined on the official promotional post:

  1. Follow our official company page.

  2. Like / share the competition post.

  3. Sign up to receive or newsletter.

  • Limited to one entry per person. Entries made through automated systems, syndicates, or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

5. The Prize

  • The prize is an IVECO branded winter clothing bundle, comprising a winter gilet and winter headwear, t-shirt, high vis, and a kit bag.

  • Garment sizes are subject to availability. The Promoter will attempt to provide the winner's requested size, but reserves the right to supply the nearest alternative if required.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash or credit alternatives are available.

6. Winner Selection & Security Notice

  • One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using an independent digital draw tool within 48 hours of the Closing Date.

  • The winner will be contacted exclusively via a direct message or official comment from our verified social media page.

  • Fraud Prevention Warning: We will never request bank details, credit card numbers, or ask you to register via an external payment link to claim your prize. Please ignore and report any third-party clone accounts.

  • If the winner does not respond within 5 business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

7. Delivery or Collection

  • The prize can be collected from our Mallusk dealership and the recipient will be required to have a picture taken for our social media platforms.

8. Data Protection & Publicity

  • Any personal data submitted will be processed solely for the administration of this giveaway in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • The winner’s surname and county may be shared on our official social media channels to announce the result.

9. Platform Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or IVECO. Entrants completely release the platforms from any liability.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
